The Marda Theatre (1953-1988) and the trolley 'Loop' that ended at 33rd Ave. and 20th St., give this – our original office – its name.

Officially opened in November of 1999 the Marda Loop office design concept is based on a unique train station theme, complete with an actual model train that makes its way through the office on a suspended rail-line.
